This workshop allows the girls to gather together in one place to discuss successes and failures, best practices and tips/tricks to help eachother grow and learn throughout their college experience as best they can.

Attended by 113 participants and 22 speakers over 3 days, featured 8 key facilitators and mentors who led 13 essential sessions on topics such as gender-based violence, women in leadership, self-defense, and more, with new sessions on communication and work-life balance.
